What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?I'm glad you asked! Coaching sessions are more appropriate for specific questions, concerns, or a current situation you'd like help with. It's less intense in terms of content and duration, and thus better suited for mild symptoms. Individual therapy is typically a longer-term commitment and focuses more on the whole person. It is more appropriate for moderate-severe symptoms and utilizes Evidenced-Based therapy modalities. If you are unsure which would serve you better, let's chat!

I'm hearing about Postpartum Depression more, is it common?"It's estimated that up to 1 in 5 women, or 20%, will experience a postpartum mood disorder within the first year after birth. Prevention is possible, early treatment is best, and it's never too late to seek help.
